Academic Calendar

This section displays essential semester dates, registration deadlines, holiday schedules, and examination periods for scheduling your academic year.

Academic Calendar Overview

The Academic Year runs from the first week of September to July 31st each year, with final thesis and dissertation presentations scheduled in July and August. Before the start of each program, students receive an Academic Calendar outlining the beginning of each module, along with all official holidays and academic breaks. The Swiss School of Management follows the Swiss holiday schedule, while the U.S. campus observes U.S. Federal Holidays as listed below.

The Swiss School of Management offers monthly intakes for all programs. With this open enrollment structure, students can begin their studies at the start of any month within the academic year, from September 1st to July 31st, providing maximum flexibility for enrollment and program planning.
