Degree Verification Requests
The Swiss School of Management is committed to maintaining the integrity and authenticity of all academic credentials awarded by the institution.
Employers, universities, government agencies, professional licensing bodies, credential evaluation services, and other authorized organizations wishing to verify the authenticity of an SSM degree, diploma, transcript, certificate, or enrollment record are kindly requested to contact the Office of the Registrar.
Information to Include in Your Request
To ensure a timely response, please include the following information in your request:
Full name of the graduate
(as it appears on the academic records)
Date of birth
(if available)
Degree or qualification
to be verified
Year of graduation
Student ID number
(if available)
Name of your organization
Purpose of the verification request
Any supporting documentation or a signed consent form from the graduate, together with a clear digital copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport or national ID card).
All verification requests are handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the documentation provided.
