Dr. Massimiliano Bracalé serves as Founding President and provides executve leadership, strategic
directon, and oversight of insttutonal development, academic innovaton, and internatonal expansion
Chancellor
Dr. Amer Qatanani serves as Chancellor and oversees academic, administrative, and operational functions in the United States. The Chancellor ensures the U.S. campus aligns with the institution’s mission, goals, and accreditation.
Vice President
Dr. Serena Magnant serves as Vice President and is responsible for insttutonal leadership, academic operations, faculty oversight,
strategic planning, outreach, and supervision of university programs.
