Founding President
Dr. Massimiliano Bracalé serves as Founding President and provides executve leadership, strategic
directon, and oversight of insttutonal development, academic innovaton, and internatonal expansion
Chancellor
Dr. Amer Qatanani serves as Chancellor and oversees academic, administrative, and operational functions in the United States. The Chancellor ensures the U.S. campus aligns with the institution’s mission, goals, and accreditation.
Vice President
Dr. Serena Magnant serves as Vice President and is responsible for insttutonal leadership, academic operations, faculty oversight,
strategic planning, outreach, and supervision of university programs.
Head of Legal Afairs and Compliance
Lisa Marchese serves as Head of Legal Afairs and Compliance and provides
leadership in insttutonal governance, legal maters, regulatory
compliance, and policy oversight.
Executive Dean
Dr. Robert T. Gharios serves as Executve Dean and is responsible for academic quality, curriculum
standards, insttutonal efectveness, quality assurance, and accreditaton compliance.
Dean of Research Center
Dr. Vasileios Margarits serves as Dean of the Research Center and oversees doctoral research, research methodology, faculty research support, and academic scholarship initatves.
